I hope most of you know this already, but just incase you don’t this is Scott Olsen. He is a Marine who has served two tours of duty in Iraq, he is currently in critical condition because of a tear gas canister that hit him in his head, launched by the police, in Oakland Tuesday night.
When his fellow protesters gathered around him crying “help him, help him,” the police, less than 10 feet away threw another canister into the group of protesters to disperse them.
This man fought for our country in Iraq, but was put in the hospital by our domestic police force for peacefully standing for our country at home.
